One shouldn’t go out just to go out, or talk to someone just to have someone to talk to.
So recently, I had a breakdown. However, once I finally got over myself, I came to the conclusion that I just needed to write. I needed to get off Twitter. I needed to get off Facebook. I just needed to write.
Writing just does something for my soul, that Twitter and Facebook take away. Therefore, I am back, and am serious about expressing my emotions through this outlet that I have created through Tumblr.

- Play more games.
- Read more books than you did in 2010.
- Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.
- Sleep for 7 hours.
- Take a 10-30 minutes walk daily. And while you walk, smile.
Personality:
- Don’t compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
- Don’t have negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.
- Don’t over do. Keep your limits.
- Don’t take yourself so seriously. No one else does.
- Don’t waste your precious energy on gossip.
- Dream more while you are awake.
- Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need.
- Forget issues of the past. Don’t remind your partner with his/her mistakes of the past. That will ruin your present happiness.
- Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. Don’t hate others.
- Make peace with your past so it won’t spoil the present.
- No one is in charge of your happiness except you.
- Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn. Problems are simply part of the curriculum that appear and fade away like algebra class but the lessons you learn will last a lifetime.

Life:
- Do the right thing!
- Get rid of anything that isn’t useful, beautiful or joyful.
- However good or bad a situation is, it will change.
- No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up.
- The best is yet to come.
- Your Inner most is always happy. So, be happy.
Welcome
Recently I had a moment of absolute clarity, when I realized that I am responsible for my own life. It was then when I began to illuminate myself by living from the heart. It was then when I no longer allowed hate consume me. It was then when I no longer let the bitterness steal my sweetness. It was then when I understood that we all suffer, and further, just have to continue to keep on moving forward. And, it was then when I truly found pure happiness.
With that said, I’m glad with where I am in my life. Nevertheless, it would be extremely hard for me to embrace life without the assistance and support of family, friends, proverbs, inspiring quotes, inspiring people, and most importantly, Oprah.
Yet, I still need more clarity. I still have a lot to learn. I have to discover what I want, and so forth. Further, because I want to continue discovering revelations of the truth (which are in need of addressing) I have created this blog, of which anyone can follow in search for assistance- just as I received- in giving life a meaning through clarity. Accordingly, we are never too old to learn to be happy, and we are never too old to learn the meaning of life.
